*THE TIMELESS SPORTS CARDS SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check in and set up will start as early as 8:30AM. We will direct you to your assigned tables when you arrive. 
​
Vendor parking will be on the service road and outskirts of the parking lot to allow for closer parking for attendees.
​
Please be set up and ready by the start time of the show, 10:00AM.

Food and drink is available for purchase onsite.

​

There is not an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. We will also accept cash as you arrive. We will accept payment for future events during the show as well.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
