*KANE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check-in and setup for the show starts as early as 7:30AM. Show day is also DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME, so the clocks move 1 HOUR AHEAD that morning!
​
Vendors should park and load in on the SOUTH/BACK SIDE of the Prairie Events Center. We will have signage up directing vendors in the morning.
​
Please be set up and ready by the start time of the show, 9AM!
 

Urban Food Truck will be set up in their usual spot at the front of the Prairie Events Center. We will also have some snacks and drinks for purchase by the admission table.​​​​

There is an ATM onsite, as well as multiple banks right next door to and across the street from the fairgrounds.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
