*THE ROCKFORD CARD SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check-in and setup for the show starts as early as 8:00AM. On the day of the event, we will guide you to your designated tables.

​

Vendors should load in through the front entrance of the Hoffman House and park in the lot between the Hoffman House and Staybridge Suites.

​

Please be set up and ready by the show’s start time at 9:00AM. 

​​

As this is a tighter venue, back up tables, banners, shelves, etc, will not be allowed in the middle area. If you need additional space, please request a wall spot which offers more space behind the table. Wall spots are very limited and cost $10 more. 

​

The Scoreboard Sports Bar & Grill will have food and drinks available onsite. ​​​​

​

There is an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
