*THE ROCKFORD CARD SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check-in and setup for the show starts as early as 7:30AM.
​
Vendors should load in on the WEST/BACK SIDE of the venue.

 

Vendor parking will be in the law office parking lot to the NORTHWEST of the venue on the other side of the evergreens. We need to keep the lot clear for show attendees!

Please be set up and ready by the start time of the show, 9AM.
 

We will have some snacks and drinks available for purchase.​​​​

There is an ATM onsite..

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
