*THE JANESVILLE CARD SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check-in and setup for the show starts as early as 7:30AM. On the day of the event, we will guide you to your designated tables.

​

Vendors should load in through the overhead door on the NORTH side of the building next to Chuck E. Cheese.

​

Please be set up and ready by the show’s start time at 9:00AM. 

​​

As the vendor space is tighter, back up tables, banners, shelves, etc, will not be allowed in the middle area. If you need additional space, please request a wall spot which offers more space behind the table. 

​

The Woodman's Sports & Convention will have food and drinks available onsite. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

​

There is an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

​

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
