*THE DUPAGE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check in and set up starts as early as 7:30am. We will direct you to your tables on show day. 

​

We will park on the EAST side of the venue and will load in on that side as well. 

​​

Please be set up and ready to go by 9AM for the VIP Hour!​

Urban Food Truck will be onsite serving some of the best authentic Mexican food around! We'll also have some snack and drinks at the concession window by the load in door.​​​​

​

There is an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
