*THE ROCKFORD CARD SHOW VENDOR INFO*​

Check in and set up starts as early as 7:30am. We will direct you to your tables in the AM. 

​

We will park on the SOUTH side of the Performing Arts Center and will load in on that side as well. 

​

Banners, shelves, and back up tables will be allowed behind tables on the wall. For the middle area, there will not be enough room for these items to comfortably fit. Wall tables are sold out.

Rockford Christian will have snacks and drinks onsite. ​​​​

​

There is NOT an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
