AM Show check in and set up starts as early as 8:00am. PM Show check in and set up will start as early as 3:00pm. We will direct you to your tables on show day. 

​

We will park on the NORTH side of the venue in the shared lot with Staybridge Suites and will load in on that side as well, weather permitting. 

​​

Please be set up and ready to go by 9AM for the AM show and 4PM for the PM show. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us to keep things running smoothly!​

The Scoreboard Sports Bar is right next to the ballroom — grab some great food and drinks while you’re there!​​​​

There is an ATM onsite.

 

Payment for tables is required before the show. We accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle as electronic payment options. If these options do not work for you, please reach out to discuss alternative options. We will accept payment for future events during the show.

If something comes up 24 hours or less before the show and you are not able to set up, payment will be retained for your reservation. If we are able to fill your spot, your payment will be credited to a future show.
